Welcome to the Community Nursing Service Website! Community Nursing Service was established in 1966 with the onset of Medicare and is a division of the City of Vineland Department of Health. With our roots deeply implanted in the City of Vineland we are "your hometown agency."

In accordance with our Mission to forge a partnership between the client, community, and agency in order to attain the highest level of quality care, we strive for excellence in our healthcare delivery. We are committed to providing coordinated, comprehensive services to clients in their home as it enhances their recovery as they are surrounded by family and friends.

We are committed to meeting the needs of our clients as well as the needs of our community. Our staff strives for excellence by teaching, educating, and empowering our clients to live a healthy life through prevention, curative, and rehabilitative means.
